兰州胶鞋厂有科室、车间(分厂)18个,实行承包经济责任制主要有10种形式:(1)厂长对副厂长实行确保指标分解责任书;(2)对中层干部实行任期目标责任书;(3)对缝帮分厂实行集体计件承包制;(4)对橡胶制品分厂实行利润分成承包制;(5)对产品销售实行销售收入及工资费用承包制;(6)对原材料采购实行费用承包制;(7)对生活服务部实行服务项目与效益承包制;(8)对汽车运输实行工资、费用、利润承包
There are 18 departments and workshops (branches) in Lanzhou Rubber Shoe Factory.
