党的发展工作是各级党组织的一项十分重要的工作,做好这项工作是十分不容易的,特别是高校后勤系统做好这一工作更是不容易。实践使我们感到要想做好这项工作,就要做到精心培养程序化,重在教育经常化。 (一)精心培养程序化 根据党章的规定和党的组织发展细则的要求,在实践中,我们认为对要求入党的同志要精心培养,使培养工作程序化,具体应抓好十个环节。
The development work of the party is a very important task for party organizations at all levels. It is not easy to do this work well. In particular, it is not easy for the university logistics system to do a good job of this task. Practice has made us feel that if we want to do a good job of this task, we should carefully cultivate proceduralization and focus on the normalization of education. (I) Careful Cultivation of Procedures In accordance with the provisions of the party constitution and the requirements of the party’s organizational development rules, in practice we think that we should carefully cultivate the comrades who want to join the party and program the training so that they should do a good job in ten specific areas.
