益气康复方结合西医常规疗法对乳腺癌术后早期康复的影响

目的观察益气康复方结合西医常规疗法对乳腺癌术后患者早期康复的临床疗效。方法将76例病例随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),两组术后均予西医常规治疗措施,治疗组于术后第1天加服益气康复方。两组疗程均为10天,观察中医证候疗效、卡氏评分(KPS)疗效及伤口引流量、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化情况。结果治疗组中医证候及卡氏评分总有效率分别为89.5%、86.9%,对照组分别为76.3%、71.0%;治疗组中医证候疗效及卡氏评分疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组切口引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),组间治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气康复方能显著改善乳腺癌患者术后早期临床症状,降低手术应激反应,促进术后体力恢复和切口愈合。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yiqikang combined with conventional western medicine on early rehabilitation of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 76 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). Both groups were given conventional western medicine after operation. The treatment group was given Yiqikang compound on the first day after operation. The two groups were treated for 10 days. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the curative effect of Karnofsky Index (KPS), wound drainage and C-reactive protein (CRP) level were observed. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndromes and Karnofsky scores in the treatment group were 89.5% and 86.9%, respectively, while those in the control group were 76.3% and 71.0% respectively. The curative effect of TCM syndromes and the Karnofsky scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incision drainage volume in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Kang Compound can significantly improve the early postoperative clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients, reduce the surgical stress response, and promote postoperative physical recovery and wound healing.
