本工作使用一次培养法初步研究了Cr(Ⅵ)对菱形硅藻和隐藻的毒性,实验结果表明,当Cr(Ⅵ)浓度大于16 ppb时,则对其生长率产生抑制作用,其72小时EC_(50)值分别为260 ppb和230 ppb。根据活性点位模式计算了Cr(Ⅵ)与藻体的结合常数,约为2×10~5。藻体中Cr含量与培养液中Cr浓度有关,两者近似指数关系,根据藻体中Cr含量和溶液中Cr的浓度,估计每个硅藻细胞与Cr最大结合容量约为5×10~(17)mol/dm~3。
In this work, the primary culture method was used to study the toxicity of Cr (¢ ö) to diamond-like diatoms and Cryptomonadales. The experimental results showed that when Cr (¢ ö) concentration was more than 16 ppb, the growth rate was inhibited. The EC_ (50) values are 260 ppb and 230 ppb, respectively. The binding constants of Cr (Ⅵ) and algae were calculated according to the active sites model, which was about 2 × 10 ~ 5. The content of Cr in algal cells is related to the concentration of Cr in the culture medium. The exponential relationship between them is approximate. According to the content of Cr in the algal and the concentration of Cr in solution, it is estimated that the maximum binding capacity of each diatom cell to Cr is about 5 × 10 ~ 17) mol / dm ~ 3.
