吉林省通辽综合电机厂在生产JO2＃5机座电机中,由于模具刃磨困难,不得不到外厂刃磨,如要把冲头刃口磨成弧形,还需要到更远的厂去协作,既影响生产,又浪费人力。后来工人师傅发扬了自力更生的精神,利用废料,制成了一台土磨床,结构简单,实用方便,既能磨平面,又能磨圆弧刃口。在生产中使用了一年以上,效果很好。这台机床的结构如图所示。该机主要特点是工作台能自转,砂轮机装在类似于摇臂钻的横臂上,能上下,左右移动,还能随摇臂摆动。达到刃磨模具的要求。模具放在工作台上,找正中心是用划针,为了减少切削力,砂轮要按装成一定斜度。
