采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对某公司的猪尾管道开裂进行了分析。结果表明,猪尾管道开裂为沿晶脆性开裂,长期高温服役产生的蠕变孔洞及严重的晶间腐蚀共同导致了该管道的开裂。
Using a macro-morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic microstructure analysis, SEM micrographs and other means to analyze a company’s pig tail pipe cracking. The results show that the cracking of the pig tail pipe is brittle cracking along the crystal and creeping pores and severe intergranular corrosion caused by long-term high temperature service lead to the cracking of the pipeline.
