经济下行压力下,国有大型煤企生产经营形势严峻,建立规范完善、公平合理的薪酬体系,对我市煤企发挥人力资源的优势与潜能,实现企业的发展和突围,具有重要的现实意义。本文从薪酬体系设计的基本理念入手,站在促进公平、吸引人才、激励人才、留住人才的角度,对国有大型煤企薪酬体系设计的制约因素进行了分析和探讨。
Under the pressure of economic downturn, the situation of production and operation of large state-owned large-scale coal enterprises is grim. Establishing a well-regulated and fair remuneration system has great practical significance for the city’s coal enterprises to exert the advantages and potential of human resources and realize the development and breakthrough of enterprises. Starting with the basic idea of the design of the compensation system, this paper analyzes and discusses the constraints of the design of the compensation system of the large state-owned coal enterprises from the perspectives of promoting fairness, attracting talents, motivating talents and retaining talents.
