自《黑龙江政报》公开发行以来,我们一直把政报的宣传、征订当作政务工作的一项重要内容,纳入到行署办公室的工作日程。特别是1998年,我们本着“巩固老订户,扩大新订户”的原则,采取了早启动、勤督办、重实效的工作方法,扎实推进,狠抓落实,在各方面条件趋紧的情况下,使全区的政报征订工作又有了新的进步,比上年增长16%。全区10个县(市)平均每县征订226.7份,其中有3个县(市)超额完成了征订任务。具体做法是:
