专业硕士研究生的培养将成为研究生培养的一大趋势。专业学位教育的特点是专业性与职业性紧密结合,因此,在人才培养模式上必然与学术型不同。本文提出一种针对信息类专业硕士研究生培养模式,不再沿用学术型培养模式,以行业人才需求为导向,确定了瞄准技术和能力的培养目标,通过优化培养计划,改革课程体系及突出创新能力的培养,提高研究生的核心技术水平、实践能力、学习能力和创新能力,同时提升信息类行业硕士研究生培养的职业性发展潜力。
