目的 对转型期白内障超声乳化摘出术 5 0眼进行总结。方法 5 0眼白内障作巩膜隧道切口、CCC、弹性法或分而治之法碎核 ,囊袋内植入IOL。结果 术后第 3天裸眼视力≥0 5者 31例 (6 2 % ) ,0 2～ 0 4眼 15眼 (30 % ) ,≤ 0 1者 4眼 (8% ) ,并发症有虹膜损伤、后囊破裂、角膜水肿、前房渗出反应。结论 在转型期术者必须充分认识超声乳化手术的特点 ,选择合适的病例 ,严格规范每一操作步骤 ,不断提高手术技巧 ,才能顺利实现从常规白内障囊外摘出向超声乳化手术的转换
Objective To summarize 50 cases of cataract phacoemulsification during transitional period. [Methods] 50 cases of cataract scleral tunnel incision, CCC, elastic method or divide and rule of the broken nucleus, IOL implantation in the capsular bag. Results There were 31 cases (6 2%) with uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 or more on day 3 postoperatively, 15 eyes (30%) in 0 2 ~ 0 4 eyes, 4 eyes (8%) ≤ 0 1, complications of iris injury, Posterior capsule rupture, corneal edema, anterior chamber exudation reaction. Conclusion In the transition period, the surgeon must fully understand the characteristics of phacoemulsification surgery, select the appropriate cases, strictly regulate each step of the operation, and constantly improve the surgical skills in order to successfully achieve the transition from conventional extracapsular cataract extraction to phacoemulsification
