在工业条件下利用波纹带的方法研究了在几何参数Lд/hcp由0.28到7.88的范围内,轧制AK4—1ч铝合金10张板材时的金属流动和流速。为了观察平面变形的条件,在宽对高的比例小于5的板坯纵向垂直对称面中,割出专门的切口,向切口中镶入两块镶片,在第一块镶片的一个面上,以0.3毫米的间距、0.255毫米的深度在刨床上划上垂直的刻度系统,而在另一块镶片上刻上水平刻度系统。镶片尺寸:长度相当于几何变形发生地长度的6—8倍,宽度等于坯料高度的一半,镶片高度等于坯料高度。镶片是这样放在切口中的突出部位上,使划有刻度系统的平面与轧制时轧件的纵向垂直面一致。
