本文以酶联雌二醇亲和组化法(E_2—HRP法)检测57例胃癌的雌激素受体(ER),并在光镜下判断阳性细胞百分率和阳性强度。为了消除这种半定量分析中的人为误差,所有阳性病例均用图像分析仪进行细胞化学定量分析,将观察ER阳性细胞的组织学分布与确定其含量结合起来,分别测得ER阳性细胞百分率和ER阳性强度,再算出ER水平指数,并将其结果与肉眼的半定量分析及葡聚糖包裹活性炭法(DCC法)的结果作了比较和讨论。
In this paper, estrogen receptor (ER) in 57 cases of gastric cancer was detected by enzyme-linked estradiol affinity (E_2-HRP) method, and the percentage of positive cells and the positive intensity were determined by light microscopy. In order to eliminate human error in this semi-quantitative analysis, all positive cases were analyzed by cytochemistry using an image analyzer. The histological distribution of ER-positive cells was determined by determining the content of ER-positive cells, and the percentage of ER-positive cells was measured. The ER positive intensity was calculated and the ER level index was calculated. The results were compared and discussed with the naked eye semi-quantitative analysis and the results of the dextran-coated activated carbon method (DCC method).
