肥城市汉阳镇依靠科技发展乡镇企业,积极组织实施“星火计划”,促进了全镇经济的腾飞。今年上半年,全镇完成企业产值7.5414亿元,实现利税805万元,被省科委命名为“山东省星火示范乡镇”。 ——强化科技意识,建立建全科技网络组织。全镇各级都建立建全了科技网络,镇政府成立了由科技副镇长、分管企业的副镇长、科委主任等8人组成的科技委员会,各企业及重点村成立了4—6人的科技领导小组,制定了岗位目标,落实责任到人,年终予以奖惩、从而使科技发展了强有力的组织保证。
