In early April 2008, Thermax Chemical Company announced that it has completed the divestiture of its PET polyester and terephthalate (PTA) assets in Europe to Indorama Polymers of Thailand. These assets include PET installations in Workington, England and PTA installations in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
