分析了挤压油膜阻尼器的流体惯性力对柔性转子的非线性双稳态响应及非协调响应的影响。研究表明,惯性力的影响越大,挤压油膜阻尼器的刚度力越小,阻尼力越大,从而导致系统稳态响应的峰值转速降低,振幅减小。流体惯性力对系统在亚临界及超临界的双稳态响应及非协调响应具有明显的抑制作用。惯性力越大,产生双稳态响应或非协调响应的转速范围越小,非协调谐波分量越小,但有时惯性力太大也会引起新的非协调响应。
The influence of the fluid inertial force of the squeeze film damper on the nonlinear bistable response and the uncoordinated response of the flexible rotor is analyzed. The results show that the bigger the influence of inertial force is, the smaller the stiffness of squeeze film damper is, and the larger the damping force is, the lower the peak speed and the amplitude are. The fluid inertial force obviously inhibits the system’s bistable response and non-coordinated response in subcritical and supercritical conditions. The greater the inertial force, the smaller the range of rotational speeds that produce a bistable response or an uncoordinated response, the smaller the non-harmonized harmonic components, but sometimes too much inertia forces can cause new, non-coordinated responses.
