随着我国高等职业教育技能型人才培养的深入开展,高职院校成为社会对技能型人才培养的重要基地,但高职学生的就业心理、就业态度、就业行为以及未来的职业发展等诸多方面存在不足。本研究采用问卷法及访谈法,对广州城建职业学院在校生、毕业生及用人单位进行调查,针对毕业生的就业心态和行为表现进行分析与研究,探讨解决“95后”大学生就业问题的有效机制。
