图示的铰刀可供加工具有不连续表面的内孔之用。为使铰刀能平稳地进入到被加工孔中,并在孔中较好地定心和提高孔的加工精度(与ГОСТ883—80和ГОСТ11176—71中规定的铰刀铰孔时相比较),故在铰刀的前端和后端分别配置有一排导向滚轮1和2,同时这样也可缩短切削齿圆柱部份的长度。通过键联接插入的柄部把扭矩传递给刀体3。利用楔块把镶焊有硬质合金刀片的刀齿5对垂直轴线倾斜3°角安装在刀体的刀槽内。刀片的几何参数(切入锥角3°、前角15°)可保证铰刀有良好的工作条件。
