在土地价格上涨、热点城市当前供应依然不足、货币政策预期放宽的大环境下,未来房价继续上涨的预期依然较强。2016年上半年,对房地产行业来说可以说是近几年最好的上半年。在接连政策宽松刺激之下,房地产开发投资增速,历经23个月下滑后,今年1月份开始回升,4月份达到7.2%的最高点。对企业来说,最重要的销售指标也十分给力。据统计局公布,1-5月份商品房销售面积同比增长33.2%,销售额同比增长50.7%。而从CRIC监测的40个重点城市来看,上半年商品住宅年销售同比增幅达到34%。
