本刊今年第2期刊登了《初访徐荣怀》一文后,在行业内引起了积极的反响,许多厂家纷纷到湖面造漆厂参观学习,并来信要求我们进一步介绍他们的治厂经验。现将徐荣怀同志的此文刊登于此,以飨读者。湖南造漆厂在学吉化从严治厂方面,能够坚持制度严明,持之以恒;坚持各级领导率先垂范;坚持敢于碰硬,一抓到底;坚持不讲客观,奖罚分明;坚持抓住细微之处,培育队伍作风;坚持晓之以理,关心爱护相结合。“六坚持”的思路、做法和经验,确有独到之处。我们热忱地欢迎广大读者,特别是各企业的经理、厂长,把有关的心得和体会撰稿给本刊编辑部,我们拟设栏组织交流,从而达到互相学习、互相促进之目的。
