我国传统住宅的形成有其深远的历史与社会原因,它与旧的封建大家庭生活模式相适应,人们创造了居住环境,反过来,它又强烈的影响着人们的生活模式。解放后,我国经济基础的变化,导致家庭结构与人们生活模式的变化。近年来,随着对内搞活对外开放政策的实行,旧传统观念的改变,经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,居住模式已从生存型、温饱型向小康型发展。传统住宅与现阶段代生活是既矛盾又统一,现代生活是不可抗拒的潮流,推动着传统住宅的变革,现代中国建筑的根只能扎在中国现实生活的土壤里。
The formation of traditional residences in China has far-reaching historical and social reasons. It is compatible with the old feudal family life style. People create a living environment. In turn, it has a strong influence on people’s life styles. After liberation, changes in the economic base of our country led to changes in the family structure and people’s life patterns. In recent years, with the invigoration of the policy of opening up to the outside world, the change of old traditional concepts, the development of economy, and the improvement of people’s living standards, the mode of residence has evolved from subsistence to subsistence. Traditional houses and contemporary generations are both contradictory and unifying. Modern life is an irresistible trend, which drives the transformation of traditional houses. The roots of modern Chinese architecture can only be located in the soil of real life in China.
