同志们: 今天我参加这个会,非常高兴。我区的青年作家、艺术家欢聚一堂,总结创作方面的经验,研究今后如何开创新局面,意义非常重大。让我讲话,我感到很为难。第一,我不懂文艺,可能说些外行话;第二,我没有做调查研究,究竟该说些什么,心里也没有数,但既然参加会,总得说几句,表示祝贺之意。今天是一次宝贵的机会。在这里,就我想到的问题,与大家交换一下意见。我们应该正确估计我区文艺队伍的力量。我觉得,我们自洽区这样一个有四百万人口的地区,文艺队伍还是比较强大的。这不是从绝对数字来说,
