目的 通过研究人卵巢癌组织和正常卵巢组织中差异表达的基因 ,筛选出卵巢癌相关基因以用于早期诊断和治疗。方法 以cDNA基因表达谱芯片分析研究卵巢癌组织样本和正常卵巢组织的基因表达谱 ,计算机分析后比较两种组织中差异表达的基因。结果 共筛选出差异表达的基因 178条 ,表达上调基因有 4 0条 ,下调基因 138条 ,有显著表达差异的基因 5 4条 ,涉及到 11大类基因。结论 卵巢癌同其它恶性肿瘤一样 ,是多种基因结构和功能改变的结果 ,有关卵巢癌特异性相关基因及其作用尚有待进一步研究。
Objective To screen ovarian cancer related genes for early diagnosis and treatment by studying differentially expressed genes in human ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues. Methods Gene expression profiles of ovarian cancer tissue samples and normal ovarian tissues were analyzed by cDNA microarray. The differentially expressed genes in the two tissues were compared after computer analysis. Results A total of 178 differentially expressed genes were screened, 40 genes were up-regulated, 138 genes were down-regulated, 54 genes were significantly differentially expressed and 11 genes were involved. Conclusions Ovarian cancer, like other malignant tumors, is a result of changes in the structure and function of many genes. The specific genes related to ovarian cancer and their roles remain to be further studied.
