以就业为导向构建中职德育教学体系，是中职教学体系的重要组成部分。本文通过对中职德育教学现状的分析，运用以就业为导向的德育教学理念，从整合德育教学内容、改革德育教学方式、构建德育教学评价体系等几个方面提高中职德育教学的实效。“,”To build an employment-oriented vocational moral education system, is an important part of vocational education system.
