第一条为配合事业单位职工工资制度的改革,加强事业单位的财务管理,合理地组织经济收入,有效地使用资金,推动事业单位发展事业,特制定本规定。第二条事业单位已经实行企业化管理,又能够经济自立的,财政部门不再拨给事业经费,应执行国家对企业的有关规定,独立核算,自负盈亏。
Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in line with the reform of the staff and workers’ salary system in public institutions, strengthening the financial management of public institutions, properly organizing the economic incomes, using funds effectively and promoting the development of public institutions. Article 2 Institutions that have implemented enterprise management and are able to become economically independent shall no longer be allocated financial funds by the financial departments. Relevant regulations of the state concerning enterprises shall be implemented and they shall be independently accounted for and be responsible for their own profits and losses.
