机械产品对铸件的质量要求越来越高,铸件质量的稳定性直接关系到企业的效益与信誉。本文通过各工艺参数间线性回归分析,从而建立合理的数学模型,并运用相应软件进行系统开发,以实现运用现代质量控制新技术和新方法进行质量控制。
Mechanical products on the casting quality requirements are getting higher and higher, the stability of casting quality is directly related to the effectiveness and credibility of enterprises. In this paper, the linear regression analysis between the process parameters to establish a reasonable mathematical model, and the use of appropriate software for system development, in order to achieve the use of modern quality control technology and new methods of quality control.
