案情简介2014年9月,小娟在网上看到某快递公司招聘快递员职位的广告。招聘广告内容为“任职资格:男,年龄:18-45岁,身体健康,无纹身,无前科”。小娟认为自己能够胜任快递员一职,遂于2014年9月24日向快递公司投出简历。当天,小娟便接到了快递公司面试通知的电话。第二天下午,小娟前往快递公司的网点进行面试。面试后,双方达成于10月8日签约的意向,快递公司要求小娟先做入职体检。
Brief introduction of the case In September 2014, Xiaojuan saw a courier company to advertise couriers post online. Job advertisements for “Qualifications: Male, age: 18-45 years old, good health, no tattoos, no forensic ”. Xiaojuan think they can be competent courier post, then September 24, 2014 to the courier company cast resume. The same day, Xiaojuan received the courier company interview notice phone. The next afternoon, Xiaojuan went to the courier company outlets for interviews. After the interview, the two sides reached the intention of signing on October 8, courier company asked Xiaojuan to do the entry medical examination.
