针对大豆黄酮(俗称大豆素)在水产养殖上的应用效果展开初步试验研究。在鲤(鱼种)配合 饲料中添加不同浓度的大豆黄酮(含量为10%)进行为期40d 的养殖生长试验,浓度梯度依次为0(对照 组)、0. 5‰、0、 1‰、2‰,每个梯度设两个平行组。试验结果表明,大豆黄酮对鲤有良好的促进生长,可提高 免疫力及改善品质,在水产养殖业值得推广应用。根据试验结果经 t 检验分析等得到大豆黄酮(10%)在水 产饲料中的适宜添加量为1‰o,即100 mg/L。
Aiming at the application effect of daidzein (commonly known as daidzein) on aquaculture, a preliminary experimental study was carried out. In the common carp (fish species) feed supplemented with different concentrations of daidzein (content of 10%) for a period of 40d aquaculture growth experiments, the concentration gradient followed by 0 (control group), 5 ‰, 0, 1 ‰, 2 ‰, each gradient set two parallel groups. The test results show that daidzein can promote the growth of carp, improve immunity and improve quality, which is worth popularizing and applying in aquaculture.
