测定了溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氧化乐果、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、久效磷、灭多威、吡虫啉、烟碱等 9种杀虫剂对北疆棉蚜的毒力 ,并与 1988年的测定结果比较表明 ,北疆棉蚜对各类药剂的抗性均有不同程度的上升。对有机磷类杀虫剂抗性发展较为缓慢 ,抗性倍数为 0 .3~ 6 .8,处于敏感和低抗水平 ;对溴氰菊酯处于高抗水平 ,抗性倍数达 118.2 ;对氯氰菊酯处于低抗水平 ;对灭多威的抗性发展较快 ,抗性倍数上升至 15 .9。在供试药剂中吡虫啉的毒力最高 (L D5 0 =0 .2 7ng·头 - 1 )。
