青霉素在临床上应用长盛不衰,这在药物更替频繁的今天实属罕见。由于该药具有高效、低毒,剂量选择幅度较大等优点,故迄今仍是临床抗感染治疗中,对敏感细菌所致感染的首选药物。鉴于青霉素临床应用的时间较长,受治的病例数又特别多,所以反映出较多的问题,但大部分集中在该药的过敏反应、药效以及临床所忽视的青霉素的不良反应等问题上。当前随着市场的变化,该药使用的不规范、不合理现象较为突出,现总结归纳出几个青霉素临床应用存在的问题,供参考。
