随着社会经济的不断发展,各个行业也开始认识到了档案管理工作的重要性,并要求档案管理工作要实现规范化的管理。但是通过调查可以看出,由于受到了新形势的不断影响,传统的档案管理工作已经难以满足现阶段的需求了。因此,在实际中就要做好改革与研究工作,提高管理的效果。基于此本文针对档案管理工作规范化进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy, all walks of life also began to recognize the importance of file management and required that file management should be standardized. However, we can see from the survey that due to the constant impact of the new situation, the traditional archives management has been difficult to meet the needs of the current stage. Therefore, we must do a good job in reform and research in practice to improve the effectiveness of management. Based on this, this paper gives a brief description of the standardization of file management and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
