目的了解马鞍山市开展麻疹检测工作后麻疹流行病学特征,为预防和控制麻疹流行提供依据。方法对马鞍山市2000~2006年麻疹疫情和监测系统运行情况进行流行病学分析。结果2000~2006年全市报告疑似麻疹597例,实验室确诊264例,年平均报告发病率为3.30/10万。麻疹高发时间在每年1~6月份,发病年龄以青少年为主,在确诊病例中31.44%的病例麻疹疫苗(MV)免疫史不详,21.21%的病例无MV免疫史。全市麻疹监测系统运转正常,敏感性不断提高,麻疹发病率控制在较低水平。结论加强MV常规免疫,提高接种的及时性和麻疹监测系统、实验室检测工作是加速控制麻疹进程的重要环节。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles after measles testing in Ma’anshan City and provide the basis for prevention and control of measles epidemics. Methods The epidemiological analysis of measles epidemic and surveillance system in Ma’anshan from 2000 to 2006 was conducted. Results From 2000 to 2006, 597 suspected measles cases and 264 laboratory diagnoses were reported in the city, with an average annual incidence rate of 3.30 / 100,000. High incidence of measles in January to June each year, the age of onset to adolescents, 31.44% of the confirmed cases of measles vaccine (MV) immunization history unknown, 21.21% of the cases without MV immunization history. The city’s measles monitoring system is operating normally with increasing sensitivity and measles morbidity at a relatively low level. CONCLUSIONS: To strengthen routine immunization of MV, improve timely vaccination and monitoring system of measles, laboratory testing is an important step to speed up the control of measles.
