随着医药科学的发展,以及广大医务人员长期的实践探索,从而不断地解开了许多种药物的多功能奥秘,使不少被人们认为是疗效欠佳的“老药品”又重新发挥出新的威力,这里仅就碳酸氢钠〔SB〕的多功能效应结合临床实践作以探讨。血管性头痛在临床治疗20例中,用 SB50～100毫升缓慢静推1次/天,除一人用药两次外,其余均一次治愈,未见复发。其它96例中有效率在90%以上。同时对氨基糖甙类抗生素中毒也有特别疗效,用5%SB 70毫升静推,1次/天,连用1～3天,效果显著,有7例临床治疗均在用药2～6小时后眩晕、耳鸣、恶心等症状全部消失。
