桉树是具有混合菌根(ECM和VAM)的树种。关于混合菌根营养生理的研究,国内外均未见报道。本文在苗圃接种试验的基础上,研究了尾叶桉苗期混合接种ECM菌彩色豆马勃和VAM菌苏格兰球囊霉对宿主营养生理的影响。结果表明,尾叶桉苗期混合接种菌根真菌后,对苗木根系营养生理产生了较大的影响。菌根接种能显著提高苗木的根系活力,两种混合接种方式分别比未接种对照苗提高了31.90%和28.69%,并好于两种单接种的处理。两种混合接种T2和T4根系iPA和ABA含量也有显著提高,其中,iPA分别增加了130.41%和40.72%。混合接种苗木根系可溶性多糖含量分别是对照的2.75和2.11倍,但低于单接种苗;4种菌根真菌接种苗木根系氨基酸含量均较高,分别为对照苗的3~5倍,其中混合接种苗含量高于单接种。菌根营养生理的这些变化,在一定程度上反映了菌根的接种效应。
Eucalyptus is a species with mixed mycorrhizas (ECM and VAM). On mixed mycorrhizal nutrition physiology research, no reports at home and abroad. Based on the nursery inoculation experiments, we studied the effects of mixed inoculation with E.coli and S.vulgaris at the seedling stage on the nutrition physiology of the host. The results showed that the eucalyptus caudatum seedlings mixed inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi, nursery stock root physiology had a greater impact. Mycorrhizal inoculation significantly increased seedling root activity. The two mixed inoculation methods were increased by 31.90% and 28.69%, respectively, compared with the unvaccinated control seedlings, and were better than the two single inoculation treatments. The contents of iPA and ABA in T2 and T4 roots of two mixed inoculation groups also increased significantly, of which iPA increased by 130.41% and 40.72% respectively. The contents of soluble polysaccharides in mixed inoculated seedlings were 2.75 and 2.11 times of the control respectively, but lower than that in single inoculation seedlings. The contents of amino acids in seedlings rooted in 4 kinds of mycorrhizal fungi were higher, which were 3 ~ 5 Times, of which the mixed seedling content is higher than single inoculation. These changes in mycorrhizal nutrition physiology, to a certain extent, reflect the mycorrhizal inoculation effect.
