本文提出的弧齿锥齿轮变性全展成切齿调整计算新方法(简称SGM-D法),以齿面接触区中心为展成小轮的切齿调整计算参考点,消除了美国Gleason公司SGM法切齿计算参考点不与接触区中心重合的原理误差,可以缩短切齿调整时间和提高齿轮啮合质量,有较大的实用价值。对于相交轴齿轮传动,已不可能像HGM-D法那样,在与齿面接触区中心相对应的啮合点M,形成一对分度锥面。笔者在理论上进行了新的探索,在过M点两齿面的法线与两轮相对转动轴的交点A,形成一对特殊的相交轴准双曲面齿轮,利用等距共轭曲面原理,使切齿调整计算大为简化。
In this paper, the new method of SGM-D is proposed, which is based on SGM-D method. The center of tooth contact area is used to calculate the reference point of the cutter to form a small wheel, which eliminates the need of the SGM method of Gleason The calculation of the principle error that the reference point does not coincide with the center of the contact area can shorten the cutter adjusting time and improve the gear meshing quality, which has great practical value. For the cross-shaft gear drive, it has not been possible to form a pair of indexing conical surfaces at the meshing point M corresponding to the center of the contact area of the tooth like the HGM-D method. The author made a new exploration in theory. After crossing the normal line of the two-tooth surface of M point and the relative rotation axis A of the two wheels, a pair of special hypoid gears with intersecting axes are formed. By using the isometric conjugate surface principle, Make cutter adjustment calculation greatly simplified.
