最近,在采访中发现,不少地区的农村电影市场出现了较为严重的滑坡,使本来就已存在的农民看电影难的问题越发突出。导致农村电影市场滑坡的原因,固然是复杂的,但将解决农民看电影难视为“增加农民负担”而加以禁止,则是其中最主要的原因。据江苏海安县的调查表明,在有关减轻农民负担的要求下达之后,该县农村电影放映场次下降了67%,观众下降了76%,而在下降的比例数字中,其中绝大部分属于远离设有影剧院的乡镇所在地的广大自然村
