柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)为人病毒性心肌心包炎的重要病原,感染者中约3.5%发生心脏疾患,新生儿患者死亡率达50%。鄂、滇有过暴发流行,九省市协作组曾对小儿散发性心肌炎作了调查。Woodruff等用CVB_3亲心肌株建成BALB/C鼠急性心肌炎模型并发现鼠心肌坏死主要由致敏T细胞杀伤CVB_3感染的心肌细胞引起。我们根据国内流行情况,用CVB_4感染NIH/Swiss乳鼠,探索建立CVB_4性心肌炎模型的条件。
Coxsackie B virus (CVB) is an important viral pathogen in patients with myocardial pericarditis. About 3.5% of those who suffer from heart disease have neonatal mortality rate of 50%. Hubei and Yunnan have had an outbreak, and nine provinces and cities collaborative group had investigated children with sporadic myocarditis. Woodruff et al. Used CVB-3 parental myoblast to establish a BALB / c murine model of acute myocarditis and found that myocardial necrosis was mainly caused by killing of CVB-3-infected cardiomyocytes by sensitized T cells. According to the prevalence in China, we infected NIH / Swiss suckling rats with CVB_4 and explored the conditions for establishing CVB_4 myocarditis model.
