肾综合征出血热(HFRS)是由病毒引起的一种自然疫源性疾病。我县自1982年首次大流行后,一直散发流行,但1987年1月及2000年11月～2001年2月又为大流行,且中、重、危重型较多。现将此期收治的238例患者临床及诊治情况总结如下。
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is a naturally foci of disease caused by a virus.
