系统方法有许多原则,不过前面讲的三条最为基本.由于篇幅所限,这里对其他原则就不一一赘述.本讲我们将转到系统方法的应用技术,即系统工程. 系统工程作为一门技术科学,是在第二次世界大战期间适应大规模军事工程的需要破土而出的,五十年代中期逐步成熟(1957年,H.Goode和R.Machoe合著的《系统工程学》一书首次出版),六十年代得到迅速发展.几十年来,它在军事、经济、科技各个领域发挥了很大的作用,引起世界各国普遍重视.
There are many principles of the system approach, but the three most talked about above is the most basic. Due to space limitations, here are the other principles will not go into detail .This talk we will go to the system method of application technology, that is, systems engineering.System Engineering as a Technical science was ground-up during the Second World War to meet the needs of large-scale military engineering and gradually matured in the mid-1950s (1957, “Systems Engineering” by H. Goode and R. Machoe First published) and rapidly developed in the 1960s, which has played a significant role in military, economic and scientific fields for decades, attracting the universal attention of all countries in the world.
