Hematopoietic stem cells are referred to as the blood-borne barrier (MBB) by cycling back to the hematopoietic tissue of the bone marrow (back to the marrow), into the circulation of the myeloid cells (out of the marrow), and through the passage of other substances into and out of the bone marrow. It consists of a continuous endothelium, intermittent basement membrane and epicardium. As MBB research requires in vivo experiments, MBB lags behind other areas. Understanding MBB and its regulatory mechanisms helps us to understand that stem cell transplantation can be achieved by intravenous infusion without surgery, explaining the complex clinical phenomena of blood cells in the peripheral blood and the targeted trial
