应联邦德国西马克公司、德马克公司和克虏伯公司的邀请,机械电子工业部第二装备司赵甫康同志、部重大技术装备办公室刘富民同志、国务院重大装备办公室田义杰同志以及第二重型机器厂、大连重型机器厂、西安重型机械研究所等有关人员共8人于5月19日～6月3日赴联邦德国考察薄坯连铸机并参观杜赛尔多夫博览会。下面是他们对当代冶金矿山机械发展的一些观感和提出的一些建议。
At the invitation of the Federal Republic of Germany’s SMS, DMG and Krupp, Comrade Zhao Fukang, the second equipment department of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industries, Comrade Liu Fumin, the major technical equipment office, Comrade Tian Yi Jie, major equipment office of the State Council, Machine factory, Dalian Heavy Machinery Plant, Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute and other relevant personnel a total of eight people in the May 19 to June 3 went to the Federal Republic of Germany to study the thin slab caster and visit Dusseldorf Expo. Here are some of their perceptions and suggestions for the development of contemporary metallurgical mining machinery.
