目的:探讨系统分段式健康教育在肝移植术后监护中的应用和效果。方法:将100例肝移植患者随机分为两组,观察组50例,采用系统分段式健康教育;对照组50例,采用传统的健康教育方法。每组均对患者的不依从行为进行统计,并在转出监护室3d左右对患者进行满意度调查,比较两组不依从行为发生情况及满意度情况。结果:两组患者不依从行为发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组发生不依从行为明显低于对照组;两组患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组满意度明显优于对照组。结论:系统分段式健康教育能及时满足肝移植患者不同阶段的健康教育需求,降低了肝移植患者术后对治疗和护理的不依从行为的发生率,提高了患者的依从性,也提高了患者对监护室护理工作的满意度,适合在肝移植患者术后监护中推广。
Objective: To discuss the application and effect of systematic segmented health education in the monitoring of liver transplantation. Methods: One hundred patients with liver transplantation were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group consisted of 50 cases with systematic and segmental health education. The control group consisted of 50 cases with the traditional method of health education. In each group, statistics were made on the patients’ non-compliance and the satisfaction survey was carried out in patients transferred to the care room for about 3 days. The incidence of non-compliance and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of non-compliance was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05), and the incidence of non-compliance in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups (P <0.05) , The observation group satisfaction was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The system segmented health education can timely meet the needs of health education in different stages of liver transplantation patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative non-compliance with treatment and care in patients with liver transplantation, improve patient compliance and improve Patient’s satisfaction with nursing home care work is suitable for promotion in postoperative care of patients with liver transplantation.
