一、“白云山”企业兼并的历史沿革“白云山”创建于1973年。它的发展史,既是一部改革、开放、搞活的历史,也是推行企业兼并,多元化多功能立体化发展的历史。十一届三中全会以来,“白云山”坚决贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策,坚持走改革、开放、搞活的道路,勇于开拓,敢于创新,先后兼并了四个微利或亏损企业,发展成为一个综合性的现代化大型企业。从1983年起,“白云山”就开始实施多元化、多功能、立体化发展战略,组建分厂(公司),形成多元化的生产经营体系,但缺乏场地、劳动力等。于是,便通过企业兼并寻找新的场地、厂房、劳动力等来扩大
