目的:用骨髓微核试验观察苋菜红对小鼠的毒性反应,为进一步致突变研究提供参考。方法:试验动物随机分5组,分别为阴性对照组,苋菜红低、中、高3个剂量组和阳性对照组。每组10只动物,雌雄各5只。连续ig给予不同剂量的苋菜红,观察试验期内小鼠的一般毒性症状、体质量增长情况和骨髓细胞微核率的改变。结果:实验期间动物的精神、外观均无异常。苋菜红高剂量组动物体质量在给药第2~3天下降,中、低剂量组动物体质量未见异常。苋菜红剂量在500~2000mg/kg对小鼠骨髓微核率无明显影响。结论:苋菜红对小鼠骨髓细胞无明显致突变作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the toxicity of amaranth in mice by micronucleus test of bone marrow and to provide reference for the further mutagenicity research. Methods: The experimental animals were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely negative control group, amaranth red low, medium and high dose groups and positive control group. Each group of 10 animals, each male and female 5. Different doses of amaranth were continuously given to ig, and the general symptoms of toxicity, the growth of body weight and the changes of micronuclei in bone marrow cells were observed during the experimental period. Results: There was no abnormality in the spirit and appearance of the animals during the experiment. Amaranth high dose group of animals in the administration of the first 2 to 3 days decreased, medium and low dose group of animals without abnormal body mass. Amaranth red dose of 500 ~ 2000mg / kg on the micronuclei of mouse bone marrow no significant effect. Conclusion: amaranth has no obvious mutagenic effect on mouse bone marrow cells.
