城市整体规划(urban master planning)通常包括了城市人民政府以国民经济和社会发展规划依据,根据当地的现状、资源条件以及自然条件进行统筹规划,对城市整体的发展情况作出指导。交通规划是城市完善综合运输的重要保证,交通作为整个城市的命脉,科学合理的进行整合规划对于整个城市的发展都是非常有必要的。解决道路交通的拥堵情况,是获得交通运输的效益的最佳途径。本文就城市总体规划中交通规划的认识和思考展开研究和探析。
Urban master planning usually includes urban government planning based on national economy and social development, making overall plans according to local conditions, resources and natural conditions, and guiding the overall urban development. Traffic planning is an important guarantee for the city to improve comprehensive transportation. As the lifeblood of the whole city, transportation is scientifically and reasonably planned for the development of the entire city is very necessary. Addressing congestion in road traffic is the best way to gain the benefits of transportation. This paper starts with the research and analysis on the traffic planning in urban master plan.
