一、目前我省农村所有制格局及其发展趋势统揽现阶段我省农村所有制格局,有三大特征:一是多种经济形式正在发展,不同形式相互渗透,典型形态与非典型形态相互促进;二是经济形式比重的区域差异性开始形成,阜阳地区最具代表性,其个体经济、私营经济发展较快,所占比重在上升;三是经济形式的产业差异性也开始显露出来,非农产业中的非公有制形式发展迅速,所占比重也在增长。这些特征表明,我省农村所有制关系正处于一个新的变化时期,其动因是由于农村生产力的新发展和商品经济的兴起,要求农村所有制关系在深化改革中进一步得到发展和完善。与过去人为造成的逐步“升级”,转化”的过程不同,我省农村所有制关系的新变
