The growth rate of nonperforming loans in Shandong ranks the first in the country. How to deal with a large number of new non-performing loans and eliminate implicit government loans in loan guarantees has become a top priority for Shandong’s financial reform. In response, Shandong Rural Credit Cooperatives made a special plan for the special clean-up of non-performing loans of financial support personnel, clearly setting the mission objectives, methodological steps and time requirements.
