海淀法院近日宣布一审审结我国首例网络拍卖不正当竞争案。该案中,中概股公司搜房控股旗下公司搜房网被判不正当竞争,向北京瑞平国际拍卖行有限公司赔偿100万元,此案在业内引起极大的反响案例回放北京瑞平国际拍卖行有限公司作为一家具有AAA资质的拍卖公司,在业内有一定的知名度。瑞平国际拍卖公司曾于2012年与搜房公司合作,由瑞平公司为搜房公司在搜房网开展的“搜房拍”房产拍卖活动提供网络拍卖服务支持。但双方合作一年期满后没有续约。
