目的:针对中老年妇女卵巢机能衰退的特点,研究更年平调液抗衰老的可能机制。方法:分别用更年平调液、金匮肾气丸、古汉养生精、利维爱处理老年雌性大鼠,8周后测血、脑中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量及血中性激素水平:观察子宫、卵巢的形态;检测骨密度。结果:更年平调液能有效改善老年大鼠内分泌状况和自由基代谢;预防骨密度的降低;改善子宫、卵巢形态,结论:更年平调液适于中老年妇女长期服用,以延缓衰老
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of anti-aging effects of Meninian Pingyun on the characteristics of ovarian function decline in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: The aged female rats were treated with Gengnianping Pharmaceutics, Jinkui Shenqi Pills, Guhan Health Essence, and Liwei Ai respectively. After 8 weeks, blood lipids, brain lipid peroxides (LPO), and superoxidation were measured. Content of dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and blood sex hormone levels: Observe the uterus, ovary morphology; Detect bone mineral density. Results: Gengnianping regulating liquid can effectively improve the endocrine status and free radical metabolism of aged rats; prevent the decrease of bone mineral density; improve the uterus and ovary morphology. Conclusion: Gengnianping adjustment liquid is suitable for middle-aged and elderly women to take long-term to delay aging.
