目的观察高脂血症大鼠血脂、尿蛋白、血肌酐,以及血清和肾皮质辅脂酶浓度及辛伐他汀治疗后的影响,探讨辅脂酶在高脂血症大鼠肾损害中可能的作用机制。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂血症模型组和辛伐他汀(10mg·kg-1d-1)治疗组,每组10只,12周后检测三组大鼠的血脂、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白水平以及血清和肾皮质辅脂酶浓度。结果高脂血症组尿蛋白明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),肾组织辅脂酶水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。辛伐他汀治疗组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、24h尿蛋白定量显著低于高脂血症组(P<0.01),血清及肾组织colipase含量高于高脂血症组。结论辅脂酶可能参与了高脂血症肾损害的发生,辛伐他汀可能通过调节辅脂酶水平来保护高脂血症肾损害。
Objective To observe the effects of serum lipids, urinary protein, serum creatinine and serum and renal cortisol levels and the effects of simvastatin on hyperlipidemia in rats and to explore the possible role of co-lipase in renal damage of hyperlipidemic rats Mechanism. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group and simvastatin (10 mg · kg-1d-1) treatment group, with 10 rats in each group. After 12 weeks, the rats in three groups Serum lipids, serum creatinine, urinary protein levels at 24 h, and serum and renal cortico-lipid concentrations. Results The urinary protein in hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01), while the level of renal tissue lipoprotein was lower than that in normal control group (P <0.05). Simvastatin treatment group, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), 24h urinary protein was significantly lower than the group of hyperlipidemia (P <0.01), serum and kidney Tissue colipase content higher than the group of hyperlipidemia. Conclusions Co-lipase may be involved in the development of renal damage in hyperlipidemia. Simvastatin may protect the renal damage of hyperlipidemia by regulating the level of co-lipase.
