四个词都有“景象”之意。

approximately(formal, literary) close to a particular number or time although not exactly that number or time 指数量、时间或空间上的接近，多用于书面语。
almost/nearly(colloquial or formal) not completely 指在程度上相差很小，差不多。
abouta little more or less than the stated number or amount. about常可跟almost和nearly换用，但about用于表示时间、数量的“大约”时，实际数量可能多也可能少。
The job will take approximately three weeks, and cost approximately 1000 pounds. 工作花了大约三星期，用了近1000英镑。
